Late Arrival, Cancellation & No Show Policy

At J'adore, we are committed to providing excellent service to all our guests. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, we have the following policies in place:

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a "No Show," and you will be charged the full appointment fee. Additionally, we will not be able to adjust the time of your service or price to accommodate the delay. The service will be completed within the remaining time available.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

  • No Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

Service Adjustment Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on services. If you require an adjustment, kindly contact us at 347-223-2366 or info@jadoresalondecoiffure within the same week of your appointment. Adjustments are honored within 2 weeks of the original booking.
